I'm passionately curious, enjoy trying new technologies, travel destinations, sports, movies and meeting new people. I have a passion for creativity, technology and design.
KTH Royal Institute of Technology
I did my Master Thesis at the company Schibsted with focus on user research and graduated June 2020. I started at KTH in 2015 and 2018 I took my bachelor degree in Interactive Media Technology.
Interests
I love skiing and the season 2013/2014 I lived and worked in Val Thorens, France. This is one of the best things I have ever done! Also, I love spending time with friends and family. I like to watch movies, series and to travel and see new places and different cultures.
A project based course where two different projects were created, using VR and AR.
Reel In
A VR fishing game
The first project, in the course Advanced Graphics and Interactions, a Virtual Reality fishing game was created called Reel In. The environment and the game itself was developed in the game engine Unity3D and Blender was used to create our 3D assets. For example the moving fish. I was a part of creating the environment, making the fishing rod line work, the interactions in the game and the functions of cathing a fish. See our webbsite below.
The requirements for the second project was to create something using AR and to visualize data. Also, the theme was unsustainability. We started with a brainstorming session about what we wanted to create. Since this project was ending in december 2019, Christmas quickly became the main theme for our game with consumption as the unsustainable input.
I was part of creating the 3D-printed Christmas stand, adding smoke and shadows to the tree and I created the webbsite. To see more about this project and how it turned out, visit our webbsite below.

Podcaster
A project to make the Podcaster App more social
In the course Mediatechnology and Interaction design we were asked to redesign any auditory or visual application. My group had six members and we decided on the Podcaster App. Our main goal was to make it more social and easier to share podcasts and specific episodes that you like. We used the design program called Sketch to make the redesign. We were inspired from Instagram where the user can create a user profile and follow friends, influencers and share your thought about an episoed you liked. We also got inspiration from Spotify where you can save a song in an album to listen to later. Though podcasts are usually interesting to listen to only ones, we therefore called the album "categories".
I was part of the design phase and therefore worked a lot in Sketch. I cut together the movie presenting our work and also wrote on the report.

Since technologies are constantly changing, the way we read is also constantly changing. This brings science to the important question: How exactly does the way we read change when we use technology?
We created a digital bookmark using Tobii eye tracking, with the aim to help the reader navigate in the text when getting distracted. Our study consisted of 4 tests and used a participatory design process where participants constantly participated in the development. The results show that this digital bookmark helped readers save time when trying to find where they were, after being distracted, in the middle of a digital text. The digital bookmark was also perceived as a good tool to make digital reading smoother.
I was in charge of the tests. I also contributed to the coding and all four members wrote the report.

Interactive TV - a designmodel
How is the experience of a TV show affected by the use of an interactive application?
Traditional TV viewing is on the fall and the TV has many competitors today. Around 80% of today’s TV viewers use some form of second screen while watching TV. A growing trend to catch the viewer is interactive applications to the shows. In this report, a survey has been carried out and an interview has been conducted with the developers of one of these applications, developed by the Swedish national TV broadcasters. This was done to answer the question: “How is the experience of a TV show affected by the use of an interactive application? From this, a new design model was created that all interactive TV-applications should benefit from.
I worked together with my classmate on this report and we distrubuted the work equally.

Can the perception of the emphasised word in a sentence be changed/moved through making a head nod?
This study investigates whether head nods affect human perception of intonation of a word in a sentence. When speaking there are acoustic cues (word intonation) and visual cues (head nods) to relay emphasis of important words. These work together to form the communication. Can the perception of the emphasised word in a sentence be changed/moved through making a head nod?
We were four groupmembers working with this project. We used Unity to create an animated film of a face talking. The film contained 36 short clips of an animation of a head that enunciates three different sentences, each with the head nod and the emphasised word on different places in each clip.

Visualizing the World Through its Own Worldview
For this project we had to create a set of visualizations with at least 8 variables and at least 30 countries over at least 20 years, with data from the World Value Survey . We needed to use D3 to improve the visualization tools of the WVS. We had to create two discovery processes and then create a web page. All work was individual. Visit my web page below to see the results.
